How much space do I need to host a charger?

One standard parking bay per charger is usually enough. Our site survey confirms the best spot based on power supply and access.

Do I need to buy the chargers myself?

Not necessarily. We offer outright purchase, revenue share, and fully managed models where we invest in the hardware. We'll suggest the one that suits your site.

Can I use the platform with chargers from other brands?

Yes. Our management platform works with any OCPP-compliant charger, so you can bring existing hardware into the network.

Which vehicles can charge at Voltterra stations?

We support the connector types used in India, including CCS2 and Type 2, covering most electric cars, plus options for two- and three-wheelers.

What happens if a charger stops working?

Our system flags faults automatically. Many issues are fixed remotely within minutes, and field technicians handle the rest.
